Happy Friday!

Firstly, what an interesting question to answer. Well, it is quite subjective as it very much depends on my liking towards the book and how thick the book is, not to mention the time constraints.

I normally will just go with 1 book per sitting because throughout the day I will be occupied with other chores that I do not have the time to read! So by the time I finished reading the (averagely) 300+ pages book it will be around 2-3am.  However, my highest reading streak in one sitting was 3 books consisting of one fairly short chic lit and two full length novels. You can only imagined what time I slept that night - or morning :P I just had to finish all three!

I still remember what books were they!

Icing on the Lake
The Summoning (Darkest Powers, #1)

The Body Finder (The Body Finder, #1)
What about you?

Have a great weekend!

  3. I know what you mean, lol. I've been up til' 4 or 5am in the morning trying to finish a book like crazy that I'm totally into. For me, I usually like to keep my pace by reading one review book on the Kindle and picking a book off my shelf that I haven't been able to get to yet!

Happy Reading and Hopping Through! :)

  4. I can easily stay up until the early hours of the morning if I love a book, but if I've done that, I usually don't start another one.
    Happy weekend :-)

  6. I carry my mp3 player at work and listen to audio books all day, but at home I have hard copies and my tablet. So I always have at least 2 books going.

  7. I love being so engrossed in a book that you don't notice the sun come up. Unfortunately, due to a house full of kids, chances like that never come around now.

  9. I usually only read one book at a time, although I am currently reading a book on my ipad and plan on starting another one on my Kobo. I only can stand readign on my ipad in the mornign, so I read during breakfast and it's a book that doesn't work on my Kobo. But the bright screen of my ipad makes for uncomfortable reading late in the evening. I guess this is the only exception, because otherwise I only read one book. When I am readign more books at the same time I usually prefer one and just keep reading that unil I finish.

  10. I try to stick to reading 2 books at a time (1 ebook and 1 physical book) though sometimes I end up reading another book on top of that.
