Sunday Post
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share News. A post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Merry Christmas everyone and wishing all of you a happy new year!

After being MIA for practically most of the year, it's good to be back and blogging again!

2015 is such an exciting year for me, but a hectic one nonetheless.

I haven't really been that productive with my blogging activities for the past few months. Hmm.. Rephrasing that.

I haven't really been that productive with my blogging activities since I entered University.

I posted an update on "My Blogger Diary", and worked on a few drafts for the upcoming book tour events. Also, I participated in my very first Stacking the Shelves meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews!

Just re-reading some of my favourite books for Christmas! Nothing like a good romance to keep you warm at night.

And totally loving this book that my uncle gifted me for Christmas. Considering I grew up exposed to ancient Chinese culture, this book stood out for me.

Got this off Netgalley and I'm captivated by the story so far, review coming soon for this one!

I'm currently on my Christmas break and will be starting my internship this coming January for a duration of 6 months! I'm graduating in November 2016 and is thinking of going to Singapore or Germany for work (such vast difference). I also thought of volunteering at the vet clinic near my house before starting, well, life. However, those are just future thoughts. As a wrap up of my personal life in 2015, I had:

My first ever published hardcover - sort of

Published my final year thesis! This was such an achievement because I spent 3 months of hardwork and sleepless nights to complete this 80 pages hardcover report on my final year project, not to mention hours camping in the sunless lab performing experiments and dealing with high-end instruments. #lifeofascientist

I recently turned 21 and my parents made me this cool Christmas-themed muffin cake!

My friends had also organized a cool birthday bash for me with loads of barbeque and a pool side party! Couldn't be more grateful to have such great friends!

I also travelled around Europe for a whole month, and it was such a dream come true!

Looking forward to a wonderful 2016! Merry Christmas and wish you guys all the same!

  3. Happy birthday! Congrats on getting that final year thesis done. That is quite an accomplishment. It is completely understandable and it shows good judgment on your part that you have been less active since entering university.

  6. Looks like you had an amazing year and like you've got an amazing one coming up! Plus, happy birthday! I'm not sure I got much reading done at all when I was in college and I know blogging (if it'd been a thing then) wouldn't have happened at all so I'm seriously impressed. Have a fantastic week and a happy New Year!
